This talk was encapsulates one of my approaches to fascia as the substance of middleness in bodies. I learned about fascia through massage bodywork training and practice, cadaver dissection research, and movement practices, especially contact improvisation.
I then co-created a Fascia Movement Research Lab with Kevin O’Connor to further explore the science and senses of fascia.
